Harry R. Shea has practiced commercial real estate since 1983. He was formerly Vice President, General Manager of Finlay Commercial Real Estate which at the time was the largest commercial real estate firm in New Hampshire. In 1986 Harry joined a development team that included developers, architects and lawyers. The team developed projects such as Shoppes at Breckenridge a 70,000+/- square foot retail/office plaza.

| Harry Shea has served the Southern New Hampshire and Northern Massachusetts region with a regional and national reach through active affiliations within the Certified Commercial Investment Membership (CCIM) and New Hampshire Commercial Property Exchange (NHCPE) networks. Harry is a candidate for the CCIM designation.
CCIM is a worldwide organization that provides intensive training including site analysis, market research, presentation packages, geocoded maps and aerial imaging, flood data, technology and national multiple listing services for commercial brokers.
New Hampshire Commercial Property Exchange is a regional multiple listing organization serving New Hampshire, Vermont and Maine.
Harry also serves as a director for Bank of New England. |
